As with most charter boat captains, there isn't a mistake you can make on the boat that we haven’t already made at least once in our careers. I’m sure we would make plenty of mistakes at your job too. We believe fishing should be fun. Fishing is supposed to be fun. We like to laugh at (I mean with) our clients and may even bust your chops a little, but we are committed to making the charter experience fun for everyone on the boat.

Booked a trip with Captain Mike on the Compass Rose for our vacation down in Key West. What an awesome day! Captain Mike and Mate Steve put us on some big Wahoo right away. Added some jigging and trolling to round out the day, and we all have a Blast! Great time, fun crew. Professional and well run charter boat. Highly recommended
I’ve fished with Captain Mike three times now and I’ve always had a great time. We had two great days and one day where the fishing was not as great. It happens but one thing I would say is that Captain Mike could not have tried harder to find us fish or been fairer about the situation. One thing I would say is that whether the fishing has been great or not so great, you will always have a great time. Captain Mike is a lot of fun and a really knowledgeable captain.
Had a fabulous day out on the water with Mike! We never stopped laughing the entire trip, and he never stopped hunting out the fish! Can’t wait to go out with him again in November!

Awesome ideas And Good Works
This is the first time I have gone fishing on a larger charter. It was fun and relaxing. The crew was great and the prices were very good. . I would suggest this trip for experienced and beginners. We will go out with them again on our next trip back.
The boat was first class, the captain and fishing guide was even better. I caught several fish and had a wonderful time. Spectacular scenery. A must do if you are visiting Key West!!!

What an awesome experience we had this week. Took a trip down to the keys with my wife and younger kids. Fished for two days. We got on fish right away and landed Mahi, Grouper, Snapper, and Wahoo. This was just what we kept to eat! Tons of other species were landed as well. Capt Mike and Capt Steve are first class guys who are great with families. Teach you alot and make you laugh along the way. Highly recommend!!

Fishing with Captain Mike and Tony was the most awesome fishing trip of my life. I have fished many charters and have never had action like this! They worked hard to get us on the fish and we were not disappointed. Captain Mike and Tony made sure this was an enjoyable experience at the get go, they were amazing.
This was an amazing day of Fishing. A year later and we are all still talking about how much fun we had. The crew took great care of us and made sure we were catching fish all the time! Can't wait to go again.
The captain works hard and catches fish but he never forgets this is fun. He is just a lot of fun to fish with and he teaches you as you go along. His boats are beautiful and his gear is top notch.
