Captain Bill West is a USCG licensed charter boat captain. They say when one door closes another opens. And that's exactly how we ended up here! Bill dedicated his life to helping others for close to 30 years in the Fire Service and Law Enforcement. When he hung up his Fire Captain's hat, he hoped to find a new way to spend his time.
